Refund policy
We hope you love your item(s) as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you have 14 days from delivery to request a refund and return the goods back to us. Returns received after this period may not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there is a fault.
Please note that:- Product must be in the original packaging (both inner and outer) in a saleable condition.
- Products must be undamaged; in the same condition it was received.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned back to us no later than 14 days after initiating a return.
- We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if an item is returned damaged, without its packaging or in a condition which will prevent it from being resold or repurposed.
To request a return a product, you must email lifestyle@clarksonlee.co.uk with your order reference and your reason for return (e.g. a fault).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Any items that are damaged in transit by return courier will not be refunded. We advise all customers obtain proof of postage when returning any part of your order together with any necessary insurance to cover against loss or damage. All returned items will be fully inspected, and quality checked before a refund can be issued.
How Long Will It Take To Deal With My Return?Once your item(s) has been received by our team it can take up to five working days to process the return. We will let you know via email that your return has been processed, as long as you have provided your email address. Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your bank statement.
Please note: returns are not processed over the weekend or bank holidays.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, or within 14 days should the fault develop after receipt.
We kindly ask that you send us a picture of the damaged / faulty item(s) prior to any refund or replacement being issued.
Our team will then inspect the item(s) and if our inspection confirms the damage / fault, we will refund your return cost.
